We act for developers, landowners and local authorities.

Our services include:

• Obtaining planning permission, promoting sites through the development framework process, preparing planning applications and section 106 agreements, advising on Community Infrastructure Levy payments, and on appeals, including advocacy.
• General planning advice, enforcement, highways and public rights of way, conservation issues and compulsory purchase
• Neighbourhood planning and the implications of the Localism Act
