Our team, headed by Alan Cooke, has been recovering debts for clients for many years. They know there are many ways of approaching the problem, and use their skill and judgement to determine the best route to success.

Going in hard at the outset may be right for one debt, whilst a softly-softly approach may be more effective for another. They also use their extensive knowledge to distinguish between those who can't pay and those who won't pay, and then act accordingly.

From issuing a seven-day letter before action, handling all enquiries and correspondence, where necessary carrying out every stage of County Court, High Court and insolvency proceedings, to forwarding payments, we will do everything needed.
