about the team
We work closely with clients' own teams, and with our colleagues in Knights' other specialist units, including Construction and Planning. This ensures that all angles are covered, from the tendering process and the negotiation of development contracts through to the completion of professional appointments, construction contracts and warranties. In addition, our Taxation Team has valuable experience you can draw on regarding taxation, including Stamp Duty Land Tax, VAT and Capital Allowances implications. The Team's day to day involvement covers the full spectrum of development transactions from large high profile regeneration projects to smaller infill developments. We have commercial experts dealing with mixed use developments, office, distribution and leisure developments, whilst our residential development experts deal with complex site assemblies, infill developments and site turns. We also act for individuals approached by developers to sell land who rely on our experience and expertise to guide them through an unfamiliar and, at times, frustrating process.how we can help
