Our Finance and Security team are experienced professionals when it comes to acting for both lenders and borrowers, providing pragmatic, commercial and technically sound advice.

By really understanding our client's objectives at the outset, we are able to identify problems at an early stage of a transaction and implement solutions with the minimum amount of fuss and within deadlines set.

We advise on all types of security transactions, including property finance, debt finance, asset and leveraged finance.

This cross-departmental team works with other specialists in the firm including our asset management, construction, tax, intellectual property, information technology, development, insolvency and corporate finance teams to ensure a comprehensive service.
