When it comes to training, ours is second to none. Successful
candidates get to sit alongside four different partners.
As you may imagine, we get lots of applications, so we want to
make sure that the two or three people we select each year are
going to be the best. We want to ensure that everyone - our
trainees, our clients and our firm - gains the maximum benefit
from this selection.
