Jessica Costello, a registered ACTAPS (Contentious Trust and Probate Specialist), is an expert in all aspects of wills, trusts and inheritance disputes. She has considerable experience in a wide range of litigation disputes conducted in both the High Court and County Court as well as in mediation and arbitration.

Lindsey Howland is also a member of ACTAPS as well as being a member of STEP, the Society of Trust and Probate Practitioners which promotes estate, trusts and tax advisory services. Lindsey specialises in probate, wills, trust, tax planning and pre-retirement planning as well as wills, trusts and inheritance disputes.
