I undertook studies at Stafford/Stoke-on-Trent College commencing in 1999 to study for ILEX qualifications. I joined Knights in January 2001 employed in the commercial litigation & dispute resolution department.
In 2003 I transferred to the real estate department to deal with residential sales, purchases and re-mortgages. Working as a conveyancing executive, I currently specialise in sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds and re-mortgages.
I have been a member of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1999. I am also a member of the Conveyancing Specialist Interest Group for the North Staffordshire and Cheshire area which is organised by Staffordshire University. The group meetings provide an opportunity for representatives from local firms to meet and discuss changes in the law and developments in the conveyancing process.
I am married to Robert and we have one daughter, Heather, who occupies most of our time. We like to holiday in France whenever possible and travel to the south coast to visit family. In my spare time(!) I enjoy gardening, swimming and catching up with friends.
