I attended De Montfort Hall University, graduating in 1983 with a degree in law.
I specialise in all aspects of employment law including drafting contracts, undertaking advocacy at Employment Tribunals and advising on business reorganisations. I also provide corporate support and advise on TUPE acquisitions.
As part of my work I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
I regularly conduct a whole range of employment law training for companies, including training on equal opportunities, grievances, disciplinaries and TUPE.
Being the mother of teenage boys and a partner here at Knights leaves very little free time, although I appear, just, to be on the right side of the embarrassing mum line and am still allowed to participate in skiing, hill walking and paintballing! Aside from family, I am involved in projects which support the elderly within my local community and I also fundraise for projects in the Sudan and India.
