I attended the University of Birmingham and graduated with a degree in law and business studies.
I subsequently studied the LPC course at The College of Law in Chester.
In September 1999, I joined DLA Piper as a trainee solicitor, based at the Manchester office. Upon qualification in September 2001, I specialised in real estate as a member of the portfolio and asset management team.
In January 2003, I joined the Real Estate Department at Knights. I have since enjoyed dealing with a wide range of commercial property work, with particular emphasis on asset management, development and corporate support work.
I have retained strong links with The College of Law and I am a mentor to students studying the LPC. I welcome this opportunity to assist new entrants to the profession.
I am married and have one daughter. I enjoy spending time with my family – especially when we are on holiday somewhere warm and sunny! I also enjoy walking in the countryside, aerobics and going to the gym.
