Our involvement can be as narrow or extensive as you want it to be. We handle large scale projects as well as small.

We have acted in the acquisition of a council housing estate for redevelopment where the size and complexity, not to mention the emotions involved, of uprooting the tenants into temporary accommodation whilst their old homes were demolished, meant careful handling, as well as being sensitive to the importance of working with the RSL and the local authority in question.

It is equally important to get right smaller projects involving acquisition of 'off the shelf' units from residential developers, negotiating section 106 agreements and preparing shared ownership leases.
